Return & Refund Policy 

Arnette Et Yves gladly accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Our policy is strictly 7 days from the receipt of your items, which means customers have 7 days after receiving item(s) to request a return. Store credit will be issued for use towards a future purchase.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and original packaging. Customers will need to provide receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a "request for return", you can contact us at arnetteetyves@gmail.com. Please include the following attachments in your email:

  1. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. A picture of the garment or articles in your return request
    1. Recommendation/Advice: Ensure the pictures include an image of the tags intact.

Upon initial review of a customer's "request for return" we will send return shipping instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify customers once we’ve received and inspected the return, and let them know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, customers will be refunded with store credit.

Exchanges 

Arnette Et Yves wants to ensure customers receive their items as quickly as possible. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the incorrect item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using store credit.

  

Return & Exchange Processing Time

Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed within 4-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

 

"All Sales Final" Markings

Items listed as "All Sales Final" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They are final sale.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Arnette Et Yves reserves the right to refuse any exchange that do not meet our requirements and exhibit the following issues:

  • - Signs of wear and/or tear
  • - Smell of fragrances (i.e. perfume or deodorant),
  • - Signs of Pet hair
  • - Signs of stains and/or smoke

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note the following items cannot be returned, refunded, nor exchanged:
  • - Swimwear
  • - Bodysuits
  • - Intimate Apparel / Lingerie
  • - Accessories (such as jewelry, sunglasses, )
  • - Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • - Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • - Free gifts or promotional items
  • - Items marked FINAL SALE
  • - Shipping fees
  • - Gift Cards

    We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
